Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 July 2026

TrainHubs ("the app") is a personal training platform available on the web at trainhubs.uk and through its companion iPhone and Apple Watch apps. This policy describes what data the app collects, why, where it lives, and how you can delete it.

What we collect

Health and fitness data is used solely for your own training analysis — readiness, progression and planning inside your account. It is never used for advertising or marketing, and never shared with anyone else.

Third-party connections you control

The app exchanges data with outside services only when you connect them, and you can disconnect each one at any time from your profile:

Each connection sends or receives only the training data needed for that feature. We never pass your data to any service you have not connected.

Where your data lives

All data is stored on the app's own server (served from the UK domain trainhubs.uk), in a database that is separate for each user. For durability it is continuously replicated to encrypted cloud backup storage (Cloudflare R2). Data is transferred over HTTPS only.

No advertising, no tracking, no sale of data

The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking SDKs. We do not sell, rent or trade your data. This matches the Apple privacy manifest shipped with the iOS and watchOS apps, which declares that no collected data is used for tracking.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account and all associated data yourself, at any time, in the iPhone app under Settings → Delete Account (password confirmation required). Deletion removes your account and your training, health and connection data from the live service. You can also request deletion from the operator using the contact below.
